While I was walking the dog today, there was an outdoor bootcamp going on. When they dropped into plank, I could only spot a few doing it correctly. My friends, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
Main tips to really work the core and keep spine healthy:
1. Head in line with spine
2. Elbows under shoulders
3. Lift your hips and tuck your pelvis under – engage your abs. Remove the arch from the lower back
4. Squeeze your glutes!
