What are your RECOVERY methods?
A recovery regimen is essential to you to sustain working out and maintain peak condition. Finding the right balance between training, recovery, and rest has been a struggle for me my entire adult life. After suffering a herniated disk injury a few years ago, I have experimented with all kinds of recovery methods. I’ve found that cupping, in combination with massage or acupuncture, to provide major relief.
So, what is cupping? Cupping is a form of traditional Chinese medicine that creates a vacuum to suck the tissue underneath partway into a cup. It increases circulation, speeds recovery, relieves pain, and pulls out toxins that linger in your tissues.
